The original Italian title is Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo: the good, the ugly and the bad. The English title swapped the last two, probably because it sounded better. Tuco, the Ugly, is played by Eli Wallach, who is frequently the most fun person on screen. The shirt keeps the order Leone intended.
