Our 30-day promise

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to exchange it or return it. Every item is printed to order, so we keep the rules simple.

Size exchanges are free

If it doesn't fit, we'll reprint it in the new size at no charge. You don't pay for the new shirt or for shipping it to you.

Returns for a refund

Items must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds go back to your original payment method and exclude the original shipping cost.

Defects and misprints

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace it free of charge. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. A photo helps us sort it out faster.

Email support@archivalapparel.co with your order number and what you need (exchange, return or replacement). We'll reply with next steps.

Refund timing

Once we approve a return, we process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. After that, how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
