Khachaturian: Wordmark Classic Tee
Khachaturian had finished the ballet Gayane in wartime Perm when the theatre asked for one more dance. He reportedly wrote the Sabre Dance in about eleven hours, and it was orchestrated, staged and rehearsed within two days. The piece he had no time to fuss over is now the one everybody knows, usually with a circus in mind.
