Emahoy Tsege-Miriam Gebru: Emblem Classic Tee
Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam Guèbrou was born in Addis Ababa in 1923, became a nun, and wrote and played piano music that the wider world didn't hear until she was in her seventies. The Ethiopiques series devoted a volume to her in 2006. She died in Jerusalem in March 2023, aged 99, and composed more than 150 pieces. She was in no hurry.
