Expo 67 ran in Montreal from April 27 to October 29, 1967, and its World Festival of Entertainment brought in orchestras, opera, jazz groups and folk singers. Duke Ellington's orchestra played several shows there with Sarah Vaughan. The shirt is the folksinging and jazz side of the fair, and that turns out to have been a very good side to be on.
