Modest Mussorgsky1839 – 1881

Mussorgsky finished St. John's Eve on Bald Mountain on June 23, 1867, the very night of the witches' sabbath it describes. His mentor Balakirev savaged it, and it was never performed in his lifetime. Rimsky-Korsakov's 1886 arrangement is the version people know, and the one Disney used in Fantasia. Editors are sometimes right.

how to measure

first things first: grab a shirt you already love the fit of, a measuring tape, and a flat surface. lay the shirt flat, smooth it out, and compare its measurements to the chart.

length: from the highest point of the shoulder, where it meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
chest: straight across the shirt, 1" below the armholes, from side seam to side seam. it's measured flat, so double it to compare with your own chest.
sleeve: from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder point, to the end of the sleeve (to the end of the cuff on sweatshirts).

All measurements are of the garment laid flat, from our spec sheet. Allow a little tolerance either way.
