how it works

start within 30 days
return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

start in your account
log in to your account with the email you used to order, and choose a return or a size exchange. having trouble? write to us.

exchanges are free
if the size isn't right, we'll set up a free size exchange. once an item has been exchanged, it can't also be returned for a refund.

returns and refunds
items must be unworn and unwashed. you'll be refunded what you paid for the returned items; original shipping fees aren't refundable.
good to know
damaged or defective
write to us with a photo of the item and we'll make it right. we never ask that damaged items be returned to us.
where's my refund?
refunds typically clear on our end within 24 to 48 hours. depending on your payment method and bank, it can take a billing cycle (3 to 4 weeks) to show up. if it still hasn't after your next bill, let us know.
