Miles Davis1926 – 1991

Miles Davis walked into Columbia's 30th Street Studio in 1959 with sketches of scales and melody lines rather than finished tunes. The band recorded the album in two sessions, March 2 and April 22, with almost no rehearsal. It is the best-selling jazz record of all time. Somehow that's not the most remarkable thing about it.

how to measure

first things first: grab a shirt you already love the fit of, a measuring tape, and a flat surface. lay the shirt flat, smooth it out, and compare its measurements to the chart.

length: from the highest point of the shoulder, where it meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
chest: straight across the shirt, 1" below the armholes, from side seam to side seam. it's measured flat, so double it to compare with your own chest.
sleeve: from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder point, to the end of the sleeve (to the end of the cuff on sweatshirts).

All measurements are of the garment laid flat, from our spec sheet. Allow a little tolerance either way.
