Le Sacre du Printemps opened at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées on May 29, 1913, and within minutes the hall had split into shouting camps. By the second half Nijinsky was standing on a chair in the wings calling out the counts to dancers who could no longer hear the orchestra, with Stravinsky behind him holding on to his coat-tails. Somebody in seat 13 kept the ticket. In two pieces.

how to measure

first things first: grab a shirt you already love the fit of, a measuring tape, and a flat surface. lay the shirt flat, smooth it out, and compare its measurements to the chart.

length: from the highest point of the shoulder, where it meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
chest: straight across the shirt, 1" below the armholes, from side seam to side seam. it's measured flat, so double it to compare with your own chest.
sleeve: from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder point, to the end of the sleeve (to the end of the cuff on sweatshirts).

All measurements are of the garment laid flat, from our spec sheet. Allow a little tolerance either way.
